Accommodation and services

Can I check in without an ID?

For security reasons and in accordance to the law it is completely forbidden to allocate any guest without an ID or passport (children included). In that case, the reservation will be cancelled.

When can I check in? Can I have an early/late check-in?

The official check-in time is from 15:00h. If you need and early check-in, once you arrive at the Hotel we will check if we have any room available. When the room  is ready, you will be able to check in; and in case it is not, we will keep your luggage in our storage room until then. 
Do you have a late flight? Do not worry at all! Our front desk is 24h open, so there is always somebody here ready to help you. 

When is the check-out time? Can I have a late check-out?

Check-out is at 12:00h. Please check the availability at the front desk one day before your departure in case you would like to have a late check-out. Late check-out costs 10€ extra per hour.
In case you need to leave your luggage with us the departure day after the check-out, we offer you some lockers  in order to store your belongings safely for only 2€, and you can fit 3-4 cabin suitcases in there.

Moreover, If you want to change clothes on the check-out day after visiting the city and after leaving  your room, we have a shower room that you can use. Subject to availability. The price for this service is 5€ per person. Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.

When do you serve breakfast?

Our breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 until 10:30 from Monday to Friday, and from 07:30h until 11:00h on weekends. It is also possible to have breakfast outside,  on our ground floor terrace.

It is not possible to have breakfast in the room, since we do not have room service.

Please, let us know if you have any food allergies in order to provide you a list of our products.

If you have an early flight and you will not be able to have breakfast at the hotel we can prepare a picnic to take away. Please advise the front desk the previous day (before 11:00h am). 

Do you have superior rooms? Can I upgrade my room booked?

Yes, we do. We have rooms with private terrace located on the 3rd floor and rooms with panoramic views, located on the 8th, 9th and 10th floor. Its cost is 20€ more per night.Please contact the hotel for further information.

Do you allow pets in your hotel?

Pets are not allowed. For assistance animals, please contact the hotel.

Where is the pool? Is it heated? Is it adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Our infinity-edge plunge pool (2.70 width x 0.90 depth x 9m length) is located on the rooftop and offers  great city views. The water is not heated. Direct access from the lift. It opens every day from 09.00h until 21:00h. 
It is suitable for people with reduced mobility, since there is a stairlift to access to the pool area. The swimming pool is equiped with hydraulic chair lift.
Pool towells are available on the 11th floor and they can be used only in that area. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside of the hotel.
For safety reason, glass bottles are forbidden in the swimming pool area.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

Yes! There is also a  gym on -1 floor that opens every day from 06.00h until 22:00h. You will be able to use our stationary bikes and elliptical trainer to keep yourself fit. 
If you want to run, ask the front desk staff and we will recommend different routes.

Is there a tea & coffee maker in the room?

No, there is not. However, we have 24h vending machines: they are located at the lobby. We also have a coffee machine and a microwave. Water, hot water, soft drinks, sandwiches, snacks and other products are available on a  self-service vending machine that  you can also enjoy on our ground-floor terrace if you prefer to seat outside.

Do you have WIFI connection?

Yes! You will be able to use Wi-Fi connection in all areas and in all rooms with no extra cost. We also have a business corner with three computers and printers in case you want to print some documents.

Do you have parking at the hotel? Do I need to book?

Yes, we do have parking and it is necessary to book.
Our parking door is closed 24h and you will need a device to go inside the parking. You can leave the car in the reserved area in front of the hotel while checking in to get that device.   

Is there a fridge in the room?

In accordance with law and regulation 3* star hotels in Barcelona do not require to have a minibar in a hotel room. However, there is a fridge/freezer at the front desk that can be used at your convenience.

Can I arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel? Can I arrange it for the check-out day?

You will be able to book with us a private transfer to go from the airport to the hotel. Please contact the hotel in order to get more information about this service.
Regarding the check-out day, besides from booking our transfer service 24h before the service, there is a taxi rank just next to the hotel. There are taxis most of the time, but in case there are no taxis when you need one, we will be able to call one for you. We recommend you to take your time to go the airport.
We can also advise you about different methods of transportation: Aerobus (shuttle bus from/to the airport – there is a stop at Plaça Espanya and another one at Plaça Catalunya), regular bus number 46 from Plaça Espanya, train or metro.
